Microsoft service agreement update urges users to maintain a third-party backup.

The latest service agreement from Microsoft reminds its users of a key bit information that may often get overlooked. With services such as OneDrive, SharePoint, and Outlook under its belt, it’s safe to say that the majority of businesses nowadays rely on Microsoft to keep on running. However, Microsoft states that although they do their best to ensure that these services remain up and running, they cannot guarantee that the expected level of quality of service can be maintained.

Online services will suffer occasional disruption and outages, and in the event of these, Microsoft states you may temporarily loose access to your content. To remedy this, they recommend you regularly backup your content and data with a third-party backup… and that’s where we come in.
