Our Managed Service

A fully managed service is just that – we design, implement, monitor, support and upgrade the system as required.

At inception we work with you to get an understanding of your data, your network and the backup requirement. Based on our expertise we will design a system that meets your needs and allows for any expansion plans you may have.

An engineer will be on-site to install hardware and software components. We will assist with the initial setup and testing prior to the system going live.

Once the system is running we monitor and trouble shoot issues. You get visibility via daily summary reports; real time reporting on the backups and storage utilisation are also available. As far as possible it's all taken care of quietly in the background freeing you to focus on I.T. projects that will add more strategic value to your company.

Any changes that need to be made are handled by us, software upgrades to the system, hardware migrations etc. Should you want to discontinue a backup or add some servers, simply call us.

We provide first class support in terms of availability and fast turnaround on issues. Out-of-hours contact numbers will be made available for emergencies.
